Five by five began with a desire to share knowledge on topics that interest us. We have two main drivers - to Entertain and to Inform.
The two authors, James Bailey and Adam Bellagha have a deep interest in defence issues in the UK and further afield. For as long as we’ve known each other we’ve passionately discussed our thoughts on defence-related issues, usually over a drink or two.
We care a lot about the defence space; the latest wins and failures in UK military procurement, what’s going in with small arms technology, strategic defence reviews and so on.
This blog will be our way of sharing our insights and thinking with the wider defence community.
